Payment and Cancellation Policy

All reservations must be paid in advance of arrival. Please see below for payment and cancellation policies depending on time of year.

Holiday Season:  Dec 20 – Jan 5

Payment

A non-refundable deposit of $750.00 is required at the time of booking to guarantee a reservation for Holiday Season. Payment of the remaining balance is due 90 days before the arrival date.

Cancellations

  • If a reservation is cancelled between 90 and 60 days before the arrival date, 50% of the reservation will be charged.
  • If a reservation is cancelled 59 days or less before the arrival date, 100% of the reservation will be charged.
  • The above policies apply to any modifications or night reductions made 90 days or less before the arrival date.
  • In the event the cancelled room is resold, reimbursement will be made in full.
  • If there is a “no-show”, 100% of the total of the reservation will be charged.

 

High Season:  Jan 6 – April 30, Nov 1 – Dec 19

Payment

A credit card is required as a guarantee for the total amount of the reservation at the time of booking. Payment for the total amount of the reservation is due 60 days before the arrival date.

Cancellations

  • If a reservation is cancelled 60 days or less before the arrival date, 100% of the reservation will be charged.
  • The above policies apply to any modifications or night reductions made 60 days or less before the arrival date.
  • In the event the cancelled room is resold, reimbursement will be made in full.
  • If there is a “no-show”, 100% of the total of the reservation will be charged.

 

Green Season:  May 1 – Oct 31

Payment

A credit card is required as a guarantee for the total amount of the reservation at the time of booking. Payment for the total amount of the reservation is due 30 days before the arrival date.

Cancellations

  • If a reservation is cancelled 30 days or less before the arrival date, 100% of the reservation will be charged.
  • The above policies apply to any modifications or night reductions made 30 days or less before the arrival date.
  • In the event the cancelled room is resold, reimbursement will be made in full.
  • If there is a “no-show”, 100% of the total of the reservation will be charged.
